This is a 1910 Monumental Louis XIV 8' heavily inlayed Buffet fully restored for a smashing Smorgasbord Display. In taking pictures, this buffet was facing the south side window of the Civil War Life Museum Shop, and the lighting reflected heavily off the finish not showing the true deep patina colors. The buffet is grand The side board is 8 feet seven inches long. It is French and would translate to 2.6 meters in length. It is 20" wide and 38.5 inches high; this is at serving elbow height.
